I’m Chris — recovering workaholic, lifelong habit experimenter, and a guy who’s read way too many behavioral science books so you don’t have to.
I’ve spent over two decades researching what helps people live and work better — and trying (sometimes failing) to apply it in my own life. I’ve worked as a leadership exec, earned a Ph.D. in Education & Leadership, and been featured in places like Forbes and SHRM. But none of that means much if I can’t help real people make small changes that actually stick.
That’s why I started Better at Life: one short, non-preachy email each week with an idea that you can use right now — not after a weekend retreat and 47 journal prompts.
If you like insights with a side of real life, you’ll probably like it here.
“Chris writes like someone who actually lives this stuff. It’s helpful, human, and refreshingly down-to-earth.”
