Lose 10 Pounds In 10 Weeks Or Less Challenge

This is your chance to get on track physically this year. If you don’t think you can lose 10 pounds or think you don’t need to lose 10 pounds this blog series is still for you.

I start every year off by losing a few pounds. For me, it is a way to connect my mind and body in a positive way. Especially since December is a time when I unfortunately connect my mind and body in a negative way with sweets, cravings and less time working out.

Last year I didn’t feel good about my body or weight so I decided to lose 15 pounds at the beginning of the year. This is a challenge for me. Like I said before, I  love to eat and have a huge sweet tooth. So during 2013 I worked hard and by the end of April I had hit my goal and was proud of my accomplishment.

This year I am going to show you how I do it!

While losing 10 pounds is the initial goal, you will get so much more out of this challenge and it will affect everything in your life.

More Benefits

During the process I learned a lot about myself and my body. I created habits that continued throughout the rest of the year. I learned there are so many more benefits to losing weight than actually dropping pounds. Benefits like:

  • Having more confidence
  • Creating healthy habits
  • Having more energy
  • Sleeping better

It can affect your whole life.

Through this blog series I am going to show you how I have lost weight over the last few years (kept most of it off, I might add) and how I am going to do it again this year. I hope you will join me!
